Here is a handy little gadget called Micro-Floaties. It is a new free tool for Cinema 4D R12 that lets you quickly add floating dust particles to your scene. It was created by Joel Dubin, C4D generalist, specializing in scientific animations.
This is one of the reasons that Cinema 4D is such a great piece of software. You can make these little custom user objects easily. So give Joel-O-Tron a visit he has some tips and tutorials and of course you can pick up the Micro-floatie Rig.
